Privacy policy

Evermore Technologies is a software studio based in Peshawar, Pakistan. For anything about your information, email hello@example.com.

When you send the contact form, we store:

• Your name and email address
• Your phone or WhatsApp number and company, if you add them
• The project type, budget range, timeline and project details you choose or write
• The page of this site you came from, and the ad campaign that brought you here, if any
• The name and version of your browser
• A one way code made from your IP address. We never store the address itself.

We use your details to reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to see which pages and campaigns bring real enquiries. The coded IP address is only used to stop the form being sent more than three times in ten minutes from the same connection.

We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Enquiries are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore). The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep short technical logs. On the contact page, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person, and Cloudflare processes technical details about your browser for that check. If email notifications are switched on, a copy of your enquiry is sent to our inbox through our email provider.

These companies process information for us under their own data protection terms. Some of them store data outside your country.

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last conversation, unless you become a client, in which case they become part of the project records. The records used for the three per ten minutes limit hold only the coded IP address and the times of recent submissions, and are cleared regularly.

If you arrive through a link with campaign details (for example from an ad), a cookie named em_utm remembers that campaign for 30 days, so we can see which campaigns bring enquiries. It holds only the campaign names.

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser under evermore-theme. It never leaves your device.

We do not use analytics tools on this site.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@example.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

This site is meant for businesses. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. Important changes are also noted here.
